Welcome to the Huntsman World Senior Games, the largest annual multi-sport event in the world for athletes aged 50 and over. Our event, which includes over 40 different sports, has taken place for two weeks each October in St. George, Utah, USA for over 35 years. From softball to swimming, from square dance to soccer, The Huntsman World Senior Games offers a world class competition experience.

This is an amateur only 50+ Senior event and the second year disc golf has been a part of HWSG.

REGISTRATION AND PLAYER'S PACKS
For those used to traditional disc golf events please read how the player's packs and registration work. You cannot register through Disc Golf Scene. You must register on the Huntsman World Senior Games website at https://seniorgames.net/sports/disc-golf. There are two levels of registration. For $100, you will be registering as a competitor for the Huntsman Worl Senior Games. This gives you access to the swag pack that HWSG provides as well as all the benefit listed belowand more.

That $100 registration then allows you to register for any sporting event offered for a smaller "sport" fee. For disc golf, this fee is $10. That additional $10 fee provides you with a custom HWSG Innova disc of your choice and also free entry to the disc golf kickoff party where will be providing dinner and games to win extra items, sponsored by Over The Top Disc Golf!

PLAY SCHEDULE
HWSG is sanctioned as an amateur C-Tier by the Professiona Disc Golf Association. Each registrant will be playing 2 rounds of 18 holes. On Friday, October 10th, we will be playing Beaverwood Disc Golf Course close to the Dixie Center in St. George. On October 11th, we will be concluding at Grandpa's Pond in Hurricane. All competitors will be playing for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. The medals ceremony will take place immediately after all rounds have concluded.

Per the PDGA, all competitors are required to keep score or have a caddy score for them. You either score through the PDGA app, through PDGA website at pdga.com/score, or on a provided paper scorecard. If you choose to score digitally, the access code is "HWSG". All scoring can be seen live on the pdga.com if anyone not at the course wants to follow along.

KICKOFF PARTY
On Thursday, October 9th, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, we will be holding a disc golf kickoff party at Mathis Park in St. George. Mathis Park is a nice shady course for us in the desert. This is a free event and we will be providing dinner. Dinner menu to be announced. We will be playing fun casual rounds at Mathis Park. We will have a long drive competition and the winner will be receiving a trophy. We will also be playing the Ring of Fire putting game where you can win cool prizes, sponsored by Over The Top Disc Golf.
