To cater to the game, this will be a true Amateur event with a nice players pack and trophies to all divisions.

For the first time ever, Vern and I are happy to present the Hub City Amateur Championships.

This event will be over 2 days and 3 courses.

Courses played will be:
Tyger and Woodruff on Saturday: shotgun starts
Pipeline on Sunday: tee times

1-5 players- 1st place only
6-10 players- 1st and 2nd place
11+ players- 1st, 2nd, 3rd place

Pipeline:
MA1, MA40- Blues to Red
MA2, MA3, MA50- White to Yellow
MA4, MA55, MA60, MA65, MA70, FA40, FA50, FA1, FA2, FA3- Reds to Yellow

-Note with Pipeline, this is the address for the townhomes across the road. The parks address always messes up and takes you to the wrong place. Go to the upper parking lot at Pipeline not the one with the shop

Hub City Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will follow PDGA Guidelines.
$5 processing fee on all refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event on or before August 8th will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 9th and August 22nd will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the Player has the choice of EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 22nd and the published closure of registration (9/5/23 at 9PM EST) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player has the choice to provide of EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration, (9/5/23 at 9PM) and DO NOT PLAY (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.

Players on the waitlist who do not get into the event will receive a refund of the full amount

Players pack is your full entry fee so if you choose to receive a players pack you are responsible for providing shipping cost past the $55 registration fee.
