All sanctioned tournaments run by Tri-Fly Disc Golf will deduct the following from each Entry Fee (outside of PDGA/Disc Golf Scene Fees and park fees): $2 for PBDG/BDGA (depending on location of course) and $2 towards South Florida Open Fundraising.

Ace Fund: If an ace is not hit during tournament play, the pot will be split in to 4 amounts. 90% split between 3 people using CTP Throw Off at end of rounds (45% closest to pin, 30% 2nd closest to pin, and 25% 3rd closest to pin) and 10% will go towards South Florida Open Ace Fund.

Registration will close 2 days prior to Tournament at 6pm to give TDs ample time to set up and announce Tee Times/Hole Assignments. No further division changes can be made after this time.

Refunds:
TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
-Tri-Fly Disc Golf will refund 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees) up to 1 week prior to tournament day. In the event of customized items, this time frame may be expanded.
-Refunds requested within 1 week of event will receive 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees) if there are people on the waitlist to take your place. If there is no waitlist: AMS: You will receive a partial refund (depending on Player’s Pack Retail Value) and you will receive the Players Pack for that event (If there is no Players Pack, you will receive an 80% refund, excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees). PROS: You will receive an 80% Refund, excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees.

Hole Sponsorship:
Hole Sponsors will have a sign placed at a tee pad on course. Logo placed in Caddy Book. Sponsors will also be mentioned in Player's Meeting. Melissa will send email to registrant email to get logos and info for signage. Hole Sponsorship is Non-Refundable.
New for 2022: Hole Sponsors will qualify for early registration for the next sanctioned Tri-Fly Disc Golf event. Sponsors will also qualify for early registration for The South Florida Open 2022, our end of year A-Tier.
