About this tournament
This is a single day, two round, PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Tee Time event. The players pack as of right now is one Innova bag, Disc Golf United Gift Card, Innova Hat, Innova Sticker, and a few items that Honey Creek provides.
If you wish to stay on the grounds the night before or after the tournament, please contact the front office at (912) 265-9218. There is a cottage available that sleeps 10 with the beds.
We are going to have a food truck called "Besty's on the Move" on site selling lunch. They are offering 3 different lunch menu items of a burger, fries, and drink for $10. They will be there from 10am to 2pm.
Valerie Williams with Wicked Aces Disc Golf retailer will be there with their great selection of products. They can also be found at wickedacesdg.com.

DIVISIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- All Players will be required to play their Division According to Rating
- All Divisions must have at least three players playing.
- Divisions without three players could be consolidated before the event by the TD.
- MA1, MA2, MA3, MA4 will be limited in size.
- Wait-lists will be cleared in first come, first serve order

Refund policy
Camden Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event by April 15th, will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee. You will not receive any optional Ace fund, CTP, Donations, Hole Sponsorships, T-shirt, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament.
Players who officially request to withdraw by April 30th, will receive a 100% cash refund on registration minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, then Camden Disc Golf will provide just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended. Camden Disc Golf will cover shipping. In the case of a player in a Pro division, Camden Disc Golf will provide the 50% cash refund. You will not receive any optional Ace fund, CTP, Donations, Hole Sponsorships, T-shirt, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament.
Players who officially request to withdraw after March 1st at 12:01AM, will receive a 100% cash refund on registration minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, Camden Disc Golf will provide just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended. Camden Disc Golf will cover shipping. In the case of a player in a Pro division, Camden Disc Golf will provide the 25% cash refund. You will not receive any optional Ace fund, CTP, Donations, Hole Sponsorships, T-shirt, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament.
Unless your spot is filled from waitlist. If No Waitlist then you my give your spot to someone else and provide the Name, PDGA Number, and Email of the person who is taking your spot for no Refund and you two will settle up on your own.
Players Pack will be mailed out or delivered the Week after the tournament date.
