Welcome to the 2022 Hill County Amateur Championship - PDGA B-Tier. This is a 2-Day, 3 Round event. On Saturday all players will play 2 Rounds on their assigned courses. The 1st Round will be a shotgun start at 9am. The 2nd Round will be a shotgun start approximately 1 hour after the conclusion of Round 1. Sunday's Rounds will be on Tee Times, and that information will be posted Saturday Evening.

The 2022 Hill Country Amateur Championship
Saturday and Sunday, March 26 and 27, in Burnet, TX

Players Pack & Payout style Event: Part of your entry fee go towards your players pack, and the remainder will go towards payout for your division. Top 45% of each division will receive Payout that can be claimed via 4 The Chains DG mobile Pro Shop.
Players Pack will include a Custom Event Stamped disc of your choice (select TFR and CFR models), Innova Mini, Innova Sticker, and an Innova Draw-String Bag. First 110 players will also receive a $5 off DGU coupon card. If we are able to find and add anything else exciting to the players packs, we will update ASAP.

There are 3 courses used for this event: Haley Nelson DGC, Galloway Hammond DGC, and Hill Country Fellowship DGC. Please be advised that Hilly Country Fellowship DGC is on church property and will not be available for the event on Sunday. With that being said, 1 entire pool will only be playing their 3 rounds split between Haley Nelson DGC and Galloway Hammond DGC.

At this time, we will be running with the following schedule for this coming weekend. (If we get a large surge in attendance, there is a chance that this format will have to be slightly adjusted)

Saturday
7am-8am - Player Check-In at Galloway Hammond DGC
8:30am - Player Meeting at Galloway Hammond DGC
9am - Round 1 Shotgun Start at Galloway Hammond DGC (ALL DIVISIONS)
After Round 1 concludes there will be a 1-hour lunch break before the start of Round 2.
Round 2 (start time TBD) - Shotgun Start at Hill Country Fellowship DGC (ALL DIVISIONS)

Sunday
8am - Meeting at Haley Nelson - Optional
8:30am - Shotgun Start at Haley Nelson DGC for ALL DIVISIONS
After Round 1 concludes there will be a 20 minute break before the start of the Awards Ceremony. If no ace hit during the event, the Ace Pot throw-off will happen before the Awards Ceremony.

4 The Chains DG is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All refunds/cancellations will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
$5 Waitlist fee is non-refundable
Any registrant that cancels after the posted closure of registration (March 24 at 8pm) will not receive a refund.
