High Hyzers Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refund policy
Refunds requested prior to close of registration at 8 PM Central Time on 10/27/2023 will receive full refund minus any fees issued by Disc Golf Scene. Any refunds requested after close of registration will be issued at High Hyzers discretion on a case by case basis and will only be eligible for an 80% refund minus any fees assessed by Disc Golf Scene. No refunds will be issued after 10/29/2023. Any player who withdrawals will not be eligible for players pack items and an official withdrawal must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene. Players pack items will be issued at tournament central during check-in.
