    7:30am - 11:00am

    Shotgun start at 7:45. Please check in by 7:30 behind the clubhouse to see your hole assignments and wait until after player meeting to head out to your starting hole. You can warm up on holes close to clubhouse, but please do not spread out all over the entire course. There may be regular golfers out playing, so always give them the right of way and don't wander too far during warm-ups.

    Please check in on the U-Disc event page when you arrive. We will be using their live scoring system for this event.

    Awards and bag tags. It will be tight quarters around the clubhouse, so do your best to socially distance and please limit to no more than 4 people sitting at any of their outside patio tables.

Welcome to the Helix Disc Golf Monthly for September 2021!

Due to popular demand, we will be playing a special Palm RoyaXLe layout one final time this year. This will be a 20-hole tournament with two rounds of 10 holes (same layout as July, so we all get another crack at this beast). The 10-hole layout features combined and safari holes to create unique par-4s and par-5s. We will loop around twice to complete the 20 holes. The total par for the round will be 78!

We will have a shotgun start at 7:30am. We have separate Open and Advanced divisions this month, but if the sign-up numbers are low we may combine them again. Those divisions will play the blue tees. Other divisions will play the red tees.

Please note the country club has a dress code policy: Collared shirts are required and NO denim!!!

NEW ACE POT. After the first official ace was finally hit at Palm Royale last month and the was some confusion about the club rules, we have decided to change the ace pot structure moving forward for monthlies. The new monthly ace pot will be kept separate from our weekly club ace pot. It will now be an optional $1 buy in each month. You can select the option and pay during registration. If you have bought in and you hit an ace this month, then you will get 100% of the new pot. There will be no cap on this ace pot, so it could grow quite huge if nobody hits it again for awhile!

Refund policy

Helix Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. You must cancel by September 2 to receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests on September 3 will receive a half-refund of entry fee ($10). Any day-of cancellations or no-shows will NOT receive any refund.
