Shotgun start at 7:30. Please check in by 7:15 behind the clubhouse to see your hole assignments and wait until after player meeting to head out to your starting hole. You can warm up on holes close to clubhouse, but please do not spread out all over the entire course. There may be regular golfers out playing, so always give them the right of way and don't wander too far during warm-ups.
Please check in on the U-Disc event page when you arrive. We will be using their live scoring system for this event.11:00am - 11:30am

About this tournament

Welcome to the Helix Disc Golf Monthly for February 2023! This event will be held on Saturday, January 7. Please note the entry fee has changed to $25. This is to help offset rising green fees at the golf course and provide better payouts to the winners.
We will be playing this 18-hole, par-55 layout at Palm Royale Country Club. This month, we will be playing the first round pin positions for the 3rd Annual Bert Cotton Memorial as practice for the PDGA event in April. We will have a shotgun start with a player's meeting at 7:30am and tee off by 7:45am. Open and Advanced divisions will play blue tees. Other divisions will play the red tees. If any division doesn't have enough players, we reserve the right to merge divisions (such as Open/Advanced) or ask players to move to a different divisions.
Please note the country club has a dress code policy: Collared shirts are required and NO denim!!!

PS. We still do not have the 2023 bag tags yet. We are hoping to have them in the next few weeks, but not ready for this monthly because of supply chain issues.

Refund policy
Helix Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. You must cancel by February 2 to receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests on February 3 will receive a half-refund of entry fee ($10). Any day-of cancellations or no-shows will NOT receive any refund.
