About this tournament

Welcome back to our 3rd annual Heart of the Cumberland charity event! This is a PDGA sanctioned XC-Tier 2-round tournament at Cane Creek in Cookeville. The mission of Heart of the Cumberland is to bring hope and healing to grieving children, teens, and adults by providing peer support groups to those on a journey through grief.

We are looking to put in 3 temp holes, so you will be playing 2 rounds of 21 holes
(More info to come as is comes available)
This is fundraiser event. Amateur payout will be trophy only. We will have other CTPS and prizes to give way, but no traditional amateur payout. Pros will be paid out via paypal.
Player Packs:
All amateur players signing up will get a $15 voucher to the ParkIt Disc Golf, just for signing up. The first 40 amateurs that sign up will also get a PDGA stamped eclipse, disc as well.
Everyone will be in for multiple CTP prizes and receive a ticket when they sign in for prize drawings after the tournament, including a grand prize of an unopened Mystery Box from DiscStore (3 premium discs and/or apparel). Additional tickets can be purchased at sign in. There will be MVP discs for CTP prizes.
CTP prizes and random drawing prizes to be held directly after the tournament.
Trophies will be awarded first place in any division with 3 or more.

Player check-in will be from 7:30am to 8:30am at the Lakeside pavilion, with a player meeting immediately afterwards. Round 1 will start at 9am. We will be using a shotgun start and hole assignments will be posted on the PDGA event page. Round 2 will start 1 hour after all cards are finished with Round 1.
For those who sign up for the Ace pot, if an ace is hit pot will be split half and half with the charity. If no Ace, then pot will go to Heart of the Cumberland charity.
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.
