About this tournament
1 round of play
Welcome to the first official event at HC Memorial DGC!
This is a one round, trophy only flex event at the BRAND NEW course. Bring a few friends and pick your tee time (4 to a card). We will arrange/combine cards (minimum 3 max of 5, worst case) as we get closer so be a little flexible on your tee time, we appreciate it!
As this is the very first event at this brand new course, signs will be temporary (as they're on order as well as the welcome sign), udisc layout will be up the week of, and all players will be playing from the same pads. It's around 7k ft total, par 59, and expected to play around 930+ rated at even par, so please be prepared for a potential 2.5+hr round depending on conditions! This event is to help fundraise the final few additions to the course like: potential teepad modifications where needed, potential stairs where needed, and additional signage throughout the course!
Tournament check-in will be near hole 1, which is the top of the hill west of "The Smith Building". Udisc will get you there or find directions to said Smith building. Alternatively: Going west on W CR 100 N, we'll be the lot on the north side of the road before the big sign for the golf course.
We will have water provided but please also bring your own just in case, there are multiple restrooms throughout the park (near holes 1, 3, 6, 8, 14, 17), parking throughout the park available and shared with other activities so please be mindful!
Practice areas include: practice basket avail at check in, open fields throughout the area south of check in across the road by the expo center, potentially closer IF THERE ARE NO HORSES IN SIGHT PLEASE! Feel free to come ask whoever is at check-in!
This course is created in cooperation with the Henry County Memorial Park and the Muncie Area Disc Golf Club (MADGC is a true 501(c)(3) NFP org). A massive that you goes out to all of our volunteers, sponsors, and anyone else that contributed; without you this wouldn't have been possible.
