To say that I am extremely grateful for the support over the last 7 years would be an understatement! This event was never planned to be annual event, but because of this community we have carried on. I started this event to help out the Beers family after Mike passed in 2015, but it has grown well beyond any expectations and we have helped several other families along the way. The man that help me get this off the ground and guided this newbie in the ways of managing tournaments and growing this event was Josh Cook and we celebrate him for HB8! This year hits close to home for me and most of the southeast Michigan DG family (cause that’s what we are, a family). We will be supporting Josh Cook’s son Dylan for Hangover Bowl VIII on April 8th.
The Hangover Bowl has become a staple event for allot of people and I truly appreciate the support about the date and location change. It was a very tough decision, but the right one for me. There were several factors
• Quality family time
• Ensuring a date that would allow Josh’s family to come to the event without interfering with holiday plans
• Weather (I know it was part of the fun (ish), but it always stressed me out that weather would put our disc golfers at risk on and off the course)
• Addison Oaks new layout did not work out very well to adding a second course.

SandCastles Grief Support Program provides a caring place for children, teens and their families who have experienced a death. SandCastles offers quality community-based family grief services, which include peer support and are enhanced by educational outreach.

Disc Golf for a Cause - $2000
This provides DGFC the funds for 2023 to manage our monthly giveaways and support other disc golf charity events nationwide

Anything you are willing to bring up to donate to the raffle will be appreciated but we would prefer new or like new and we will take side cash donations as well.
