About this tournament
1 round of play
The Halloween Hoot is a one day, one round unsanctioned triples tournament at The Hoot.
This event will be using a two tee time format. Normal PDGA rules will be in effect for this tournament. To shake things up a bit each person on your team only has 6 drives. Only 1 person drives per hole. The other 2 approach and putt. The layout we will play hasn't been set in stone yet but will be sometime next week.
All divisions will be competing for cash. Payout to the top 40% of each division. Payout will be 85% of net entry fees.
After the triples event we will be lighting the up the course for any players who want to stick around and get a glow round in.
Speaking of glow. The disc junction crew will be slinging plastic all day. Perfect opportunity to grab some fresh glow discs!
Lunch will be provided for this event. There will also be a Chili Cookoff and Costume contest. Costume contest will be held after the last card of the regular tournament is in.
We will have the Barn/Saloon reserved for the event. Players are encouraged to hang around, have a few libations (BYOB), play some games, and most importantly have fun.
Camping at The Hoot for this event will be available. Players interested in camping will need to arrange through Jeff at disc junction. Jeff can be reached at 503.683.3995
