About this tournament

This is a three round event. One round of 9, then a round of 18 in the daylight. There will be a VERY short break in between those two rounds, then a slightly longer dinner break as we await the full darkness to set in and begin a round of 18 holes of GLOW. Expect to wrap up play around 8-8:30PM.

This is a two-person "best shot" scramble with a limited bag. Each member of each team will be allowed 5 discs. Team mates may share discs. Each player from each team tees off, with the team that scored the lowest on the previous hole going first. Team members then decide which of the two drives to use. Play continues down the fairway using standard "who is farthest out" rules. Team members may choose between themselves the order of play from any given lie.

Players will be allowed to swap discs before glow begins. The 5 discs per player (10 discs per team) limit will still apply. We will also have glow tape/stickers you can apply to your "regular" discs if you need to, free of charge thanks to Station Street Discs.

Cash prize pool for the top three finishers.

Your team entry fee breaks down as follows:
$5/ person - greens fee, waived for season pass holders
$5 - "funny money" for non-cash prizes for payout, putt/upshot game
$10 - cash prizes for this tournament.
$5 - costume contest prizes
$1 - admin fees

The breakdown for cash payout is as follows:

3rd - 20% cash pool ($2/team entered)
2nd - 33% cash pool ($3/team entered)
1st - 50% cash pool ($5/team entered)

NOTE: We may break the tournament into two divisions - General and Protected. All teams are welcome to play in General. If at least one member of your team falls into a traditionally protected division, such as (but not limited to) female, youth or elder, then your team MAY elect to participate in our protected division. This will have a separate prize pool for cash and funny money but will not affect putt/upshot game. We must have a minimum of 6 teams willing and able to play in the Protected division. If we have fewer than 6, all teams will participate in our General division.

Payouts beyond third place will be in "funny money" only. Payout amounts and number of payout places will be determined on the day of the tournament and will be based on the number of participants.

Costume contest will have five prizes in four categories:
Best team costume
Best individual costume
Kid's choice (2X)
Dark Horse - a true wild card category!

Please arrive early. 3PM is the beginning of the players meeting - meaning you must arrive before this to check-in.

Please dress for the weather. Late OCT in our neck of the woods can be chilly or even snowy. Barring highly dangerous conditions, the show will go on. Hand warmers will be available for purchase at the player check in table.

Please check the parking lot for available parking first. If the parking lot is full, come down the driveway and wait to be directed for parking.

Bring water. Water refills will be available.
