About this tournament
Guardian of the Woods is the 3rd stop in the Southern Indiana Fall Fundraiser Series. The charity for this PDGA C-tier is Dads Fore Disc Golf. D.F.D.G is a 501(c3) out of Princeton Indiana created with a focus to grow junior and amateur disc golf in the region. Current projects include getting local schools to add disc golf to the P.E program in Gibson County, and clinics at after school events.
All AMs players will receive a Prodigy disc and shirt with this years Guardian of the Woods. The 2019 Guardian Slotherine hides high in the canopy ready to snag any errant disc that come its way. They are never seen in person and are often thought to be a branch or vine that the player didn't see until the disc was sent flying through the woods in an unfavorable direction.
$5 fee for Day of sign ups. This fee will be donated to the charity.
We will have food available for donations between rounds.
All junior fees for this event are being covered by Dads Fore Disc Golf.
(All juniors must preregister! This helps with covering all the entry fees.)
PDGA RULES: Juniors 10 and under division will play on 18 holes for the tournament. Any junior 13 years old or younger must have a parent or guardian present with them regardless of the division.
