About this tournament

We are organizing a charity fundraising event in memory of our dear friend and mentor, Tom Monroe. The event aims to support the Neonatal ICU Family Foundation, which provides assistance to families in need. The event will consist of two rounds rated C-tier by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA). Amateur players who participate in the event will receive a premium disc as their player's pack, while professionals will be paid via PayPal. Your generosity and support would be greatly appreciated, and it will have a significant impact on our ability to provide much-needed assistance to families in need.

Refund policy

Grateful Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

The Refunds/withdrawals must be sent through Disc Golf Scene under the Registration Page, "Registered Players" tab.

Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event 100% refund minus PayPal fees and a $7 donation.

15 - 29 days before the event, if your spot is filled in the same pool, 100% minus PayPal fees and a $7 donation. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.

14 days before the event, if your spots is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees and a $7 donation. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.

If you do not show up and do not inform the TD before registration closes, you will not receive a player's pack or cash refund.
