Ace Fund - Paid out as 'Cash'
All participants share the same fund, will be split if multiple aces, and distributed via throw-off if no ace.

Throw-off details:
If no ace is thrown the fund will be split by pad-assignments and will become a CTP competition after both rounds are completed. Target will be announced at the event should this be necessary.

Digital score cards and digital check-in will be used via the PDGA App / Website.

Trophies
Two weeks prior to the start of competition - all empty divisions will close and will not be re-opened.
Trophies will be distributed according to PDGA Guidelines per Division, based on divisions populated two weeks prior to competition.
One player: no trophy.
2-4 players: 1st place only.
5-12 players: 1st and 2nd place.
13+ players: 1st through 3rd place.

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

This policy is made in good faith and with consideration given to all participants.

Discgolf Tourlife / Tournament Director (TD) is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

TD will refund 100% of the funds received for all requests made through DiscGolfScene before the end of general registration.

Refund requests made after this will try to be honored at 100% but might have costs deducted. If so, you will have the opportunity to receive the players pack.
