Glow Down At Washoe September '23

LIGHTS are NOT included in your entry fee, but there are some sweet ad on deals.
LAYOUT We will be playing 20 holes (a shortened 10 hole layout from Washoe's normal layout that gets played twice around). Groups will be limited to 6 people or less.
CARD REQUESTS We will take card requests BUT please be sure everyone in your requested group has agreed to the plan - we don't want to be in the middle of drama (like people claiming other players for a group with our checking with them). Add card requests tooth notes portion of your registration. No card assignments are guaranteed - if making a request with your registration, please have a contingency plan about splitting your group if it becomes necessary.
GHOST GROUPS If it becomes necessary, we will implement 2 ghost groups maximum (last time it ran fine with 4 ghost groups, but we want this one to run even better).
DIVISIONS When choosing divisions, keep in mind, this is a local event when considering a division. A lot of advanced players compete in pro (for example). We have added some divisions based on previous participation, but are not overly complicating this with all divisions. If you are used to playing PDGA events, choose the closest division to what you'd normally play if your specific division is not offered. When deciding between Amateur 1 and Amateur 2, Amateur 1 is considered advanced - Amateur 2 would be the easier of the 2 divisions. Previously we just offered am, pro, women, juniors. When choosing a woman's division we are basically offering Women's am and Women's pro (vs previous offering of just Women's). We will add divisions in the future as needs dictate. Juniors must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
PAYOUTS $10 of every entry fee goes to Washoe for greens fees. $1 of every entry goes to cover event expenses (such as glow sticks, marking flags, score c cards, etc.). The remainder goes back to the players in the form of cash payouts for pro and script payouts (at Disc Giant, but can also be redeemed for on site merchandise that we will bring).

Refund policy
Space is limited, if registering you are taking one of the available spaces. If unable to attend, refund requests (minus 10% refund fee) must be received no later than Thursday September 14th at 7pm. Refunds will not be available after September 14th. Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
