Our fundraising Glow round is scheduled for Sat, Oct 10, 2020 at Anson B. Nixon Park. It's 10 10 20 y'all! We park and meet at the soccer fields.

1. LAYOUT
Playing Par 57 Red tees to B baskets in order to provide a better opportunity for all players. You must start on your assigned hole.
2. COST TO PLAY
$50 total for Male players & $30 total for Female players - If you're playing, you're in for everything including the 2 pre-round drawings, the 18 CTP's & the $100 Ace pot. Additionally, more CTP’s will be added for the female division based on female player registration.
-All fees must be paid before 5pm Wednesday, October 7, or you cannot play as the groups will have been selected already. No refunds due to player cancellation will be granted after the final registration date & time 10/7/20 5pm.
-Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Credit card accepted for payment. All payouts are done digitally.
-Venmo - Use "YourLocalSolutionsLLC" for donations & fees, and make sure to include if you’re an A, B, or C player. A/B/C details are mentioned below in #6.
-PayPal - Please use Disc Golf Scene
3. PLACEMENT EARNINGS
At a minimum everyone gets instantly entered into 2 drawings before the round; 1 for a custom dyed K1 Kastaplast Glow Kaxe or Rask ($25-$55) & 1 for a K1 Soft Kaxe Z ($21), a 10% discount on Kastaplast items from YLS Disc Golf Oct 3-Oct 17, a UV mini LED torchlight keychain, a microfiber towel, the 18 CTP's, and the $100 Ace pool.
-Since this event is for Club fundraising it’s not a 100% payout. $21 of the fee goes toward male & female separate placement payouts, $9 goes to the Club for expenses for this event and future course projects, $20 goes toward all the CTP prizes & $100 Ace pool.
4. CTP (closest to pin)
CTP's prizes will randomly be selected in the form of cash, Kastaplast (YLS Disc Golf), other current brands of discs & gear, and any other items people donate by Sun Oct 4, plus random non-disc golf items. CTP prizes will be pre-designated for each Hole. If you win something that you don't want it's up to you to trade, sell, or give to someone else. You cannot trade w/ the Club for something else.
6. WHO CAN PLAY
We welcome all players and all skill levels with a focus on promoting the sport by providing a way for beginners and experienced players to help each other in a positive environment. As with all of our fun style events, this is a "bagger" free event and players will be bumped up a division with notice if needed.
--We have newer players & Sponsored players from West Chester and the surrounding area. Whether you've been playing for a few weeks or for years, you'll fit in.
--There is a Male & Female division with A/B/C pools for each. It is random draw Doubles. Teams will be posted in advance in the Facebook event comments. The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after team selection. Using A/B/C pools w/ random team selection pairs more skilled players w/ less skilled players as much as possible.
---”A” player - You generally earn birdies & pars on shorter style layouts such as Red-B.
---”B” player - You generally earn pars & bogeys, but you can get birdies on shorter style layouts such as Red-B.
---”C” player - You generally earn bogeys & double bogeys on shorter style layouts such as Red-B.
8. DONATION/FUNDING INFO
Donations are always needed as we fund the projects at Anson B. Nixon & Thornbury Park as well as weekly maintenance for both courses other than the large field cutting. Even a small donation of $5 helps feed a weed whacker to keep 1-2 fairways fancy for a week. FB group Volunteers West Chester Area Disc Golf.
--Anson B. Nixon Park course is maintained and 100% funded by us through weekly & specialty events as the Park receives $0 from taxes like other parks, and we receive $0 from them. We have 7 more paver tee pads to install at Anson as well as other many other needed upgrades to the course.
--Thornbury Park course is a joint effort between us and Thornbury Township Delaware County. Donations are needed to get back on track w/ full install & cleanup due to severe tornado damage to the course and COVID shutdown delays. We then need to install permanent signage & tee pads once all 18 holes are installed.
9. COVID-19 RULES
You must read and adhere to the 10 COVID rules bit.ly/WCADGCOVID. They're modified as needed for each round so follow them and other guidelines in the FB event description "About" tab & any posts in the event "Discussion" tab
10. LEGALS
Every single person present after typical Park closing will need to have signed the waiver which will be provided onsite for those that didn't play the previous glow round this year

Refund policy
West Chester Area Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. 100% No refunds will be issued after October 7, 2020 5pm EST.
