Our fundraising Glow round is scheduled for Sat, May 1, 2021 at Anson B. Nixon Park. We park and meet at the soccer fields. Further details could be added and/or subject to change so please make sure to check back for updates.

1. TEAMS
There are 2 divisions and each will be paid out separately based on the # of players in each. You must specify at the time of payment which division you are registering for.

--Div 1 - Female/Mixed (BYOP) - Female players bring their own partner which can be female or male.
--Div 2 - Male random draw - Male players not playing w/ female players will be teamed up 100% randomly.

2. COST TO PLAY PER PERSON (rate higher after 1st deadline)
--Paid by 8pm Thurs 4/29 - $40 total for Male players & $30 total for Female players - If you're playing, you're in for everything; the 18 CTP's & the $100 Ace pot. Additionally, more CTP’s will be added specifically for the female players based on female player registration.

--Paid between 8p 4/29 & 6:50p 5/1 - $50 total for Male players & $40 total for Female players
--All fees must be paid before the time mentioned or you cannot play as the groups will have been selected already. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Credit card accepted for payment.

3. KASTAPLAST GLOW DRAWING
Each player that pays before the 1st deadline has the option to enter into drawings to purchase whichever 2021 glow Kastaplast molds are available through YLS Disc Golf.

--You must physically say that you want to enter the drawing, you are not automatically entered. Each disc will be $30 to purchase or $28 if you're a 2021 WCADG Tag member. The drawings will take place on Fri 4/30.

4. LAYOUT
Playing Par 57 Red tees to B baskets in order to provide a better opportunity for all players. You must start on your assigned hole.

5. PLACEMENT EARNINGS
At a minimum everyone gets a 10% discount on non-glow Kastaplast items from YLS Disc Golf 4/16/21 to 5/7/21 a UV mini LED torchlight keychain, a microfiber towel, the minimum 18 CTP's, and the $100 Ace pool.

--Since this event is for Club fundraising it’s not a 100% payout. $15 of the fee goes toward Div 1 & 2 separate payouts, $5 goes to the Club for expenses for this event and future course projects, $20 goes toward all the CTP prizes & $100 Ace pool.

6. CTP (closest to pin)
CTP's prizes will randomly be selected in the form of cash, Kastaplast (YLS Disc Golf), other current brands of discs & gear, and any other items people donate by Thurs 4/29, plus random non-disc golf items.

--CTP prizes will be pre-designated for each Hole. If you win something that you don't want it's up to you to trade, sell, or give to someone else. You cannot trade w/ the Club for something else.

7. WHO CAN PLAY
We welcome all players and all skill levels with a focus on promoting the sport by providing a way for beginners and experienced players to help each other in a positive environment. However, If you're brand new to playing this event may not be the best for you just yet due to the night challenge.

--The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after team selection.

8. HOW TO GLOW LIKE RUDOLPH
You must supply your own discs to play with, and whatever you want to use to make them glow if you do not already have "glow discs".

--Anthony DeLaurentis has some high-end NASA type Glow tape 1"x2" for .50 cents a piece that lasts for years. $.50-$1 a disc for NASA grade is enough tape, or you can find other brands online and in-store at Home Depot & Walmart.

--The UV keychain torch that comes w/ your registration is very bright and charges well, but if you want a larger flashlight local retailers also sell various UV flashlights (approx $12) or Anthony D typically has some for approx $6 each.

--PLEASE DO NOT use typical "white light" flashlights at all as they disrupt everyone's natural night-vision, but instead use "red light" flashlights for navigation available for approx $6 through Anthony D or at local retailers.

9. DONATION/FUNDING INFO
Donations are always needed as we fund the projects at Anson B. Nixon (25th anniversary) & Thornbury Park as well as weekly maintenance for both courses other than the large field cutting. Even a small donation of $5 helps feed a weed whacker to keep 1-2 fairways fancy for a week Volunteers West Chester Area Disc Golf.

--Anson B. Nixon Park course (25th anniversary) is maintained and 100% funded by us through weekly & specialty events as the Park receives $0 from taxes like other parks, and we receive $0 from them. We have 3 more paver tee pads to install at Anson as well as many other needed upgrades to the course.

--Thornbury Park course is a joint effort between us and Thornbury Township Delaware County. Donations are needed to get back on track w/ full install & cleanup due to severe tornado damage to the course and COVID delays. We then need to install permanent signage & tee pads once all 18 holes are installed.

10. LEGALS
Every single person present after the typical Park closing will need to sign the 2 standard liability waivers which will be provided onsite.

West Chester Area Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
