The 2026 Glitch World Championship Qualifier (GWCQ) series is here! Players from around the world will compete for the opportunity to qualify for the Glitch World Championship this fall at the fabled Maple Hill. Players will need to flex their one-speed game to win their qualifier to have a chance to become champion, but second place doesn't come home empty handed either. The player pack for this years GWCQ series features the Particle Proton Soft Glitch and the Neutron Soft Parachute - two amazing discs with a custom GWCQ stamp to commemorate your chance at greatness! As always, players are free to use any one-speed discs from MVP/Axiom/Streamline during competition.
Every GWCQ MPO and FPO division winner will earn free entry into the 2026 Glitch World Championship to take place at the legendary Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Massachusetts on Sept. 11th & 12th. The only way to play in the Glitch World Championships for a chance at the fabled Golden Glitch trophy is to be a previous GWC Champion or by qualifying through your local GWCQ.
Now YOU have the opportunity to compete against the best Glitch throwers on the planet, on the best course in the galaxy, for a chance to be crowned the best in the world!

REGISTRATION
- Registration is $45 (plus applicable taxes & fees) for all participants. Only 24 spots available.
- You may register online through Disc Golf Scene or stop in to the Dolfin Discs store in Chittenango to sign up and pay with cash or your credit card.
PLAYER PACKS
- All participants will receive the 2026 GWCQ player pack which consists of two limited edition one-speed discs from your favorite MVP brands!
- Preview and learn more about the two discs by checking out the pictures posted on the registration page.
- You may choose to add on the limited-edition Axiom Baseball Neutron Soft Pitch.
- FOLLOWING MVP’S GUIDELINES, WE WILL NOT HAVE A PLAYER PACK ONLY OPTION FOR SALE. YOU MUST PLAY IN THE EVENT TO OBTAIN THE PLAYER PACK DISCS.

FORMAT
- One round of 18-holes (short layout) of standard par scoring
- You may only throw the following disc molds: MVP Glitch, Axiom Pitch, Streamline Parachute – any run, any plastic, any weight.
- You are welcome, but not required, to use the discs provided in the player pack.
- No mandos and only OB will be water. Please bring a mini to mark your lie.
- We will utilize UDisc for scoring. Best score in each division wins.
COURSE
- Oxbow Falls can be a physically challenging course with steep hills. Please wear appropriate footwear and plan for a hike rather than a walk in the park.
- The course is well marked and scoring with UDisc will keep course navigation easy.
SCHEDULE
4:00pm – 7:00pm: Flex start! You are welcome to show up and start your round any time during this window. If you do not have a card, we’ll help you form one. Tournament Central will be set up at the disc golf pavilion where you can check-in and pick up your player pack items.
8:00pm(-ish): Prizes will be awarded immediately after the final card finishes and scores are verified! If you win a prize but aren’t able to stay through the end, you can pick it up at the Dolfin Discs storefront in Chittenango!
FOOD
- We’ll have hotdogs on the grill and bottles of water for all players! Potluck style is encouraged if you’d like to bring a snack or dish to pass!
DIVISIONS
- MPO and FPO is open to all ages and skill levels who would like to compete for free entry into the World Championships at Maple Hill!
- PLEASE RESERVE BEGINNER DIVISIONS FOR TRUE BEGINNERS.
- Regardless of number of players registered we will hold separate MJ12 and FJ12 divisions! If we have a large gap in ages in the junior divisions, we may separate them further.
WINNERS
- First place in MPO and FPO divisions will each receive free entry into the 2026 Glitch World Championships being held September 11 & 12 at Maple Hill in Massachusetts!
- We will have prizes for the top three players in each division – details to come!
- All juniors playing in any division will not leave empty handed, that’s a promise!!
CTP
- We’ll have a variety of CTP prizes available. Arrangements are still being made. CTP holes and prizes will be announced day-of when you check-in for your round.
- Please contact Dolfin Discs if you would like to sponsor a CTP prize!
ACE POT
- We will have an ace pot with $5 buy in. You may pay during registration or pay day-of.
- If no ace is hit during this event, the ace pot will carry over to the next event of the circuit event series (the MVP Circuit Challenge)!
RAFFLE
- Raffle item is in the works!
- All participants will receive one raffle ticket upon check-in. Additional tickets will be available for sale at the event: [5 tickets = $5] [20 tickets = $10]
- All proceeds from the raffle help cover tournament operation costs.
