About this tournament
• A Club’s team will consist of 8 players with no more than 2 players in each of the rating-based groups below.
o Blue: (open)
o White: 945 Max
o Red: 910 Max
o Green: 885 Max
Players are welcomed to play up a division if needed. Player's rating group locked in at registration, not a time of tournament.
Clubs may sign up multiple teams after September 21st. There will be a separate signup waitlist for 2nd and 3rd teams. If multiple teams want to add a second team, this will be first come, first serve and will have priority over adding a 3rd team.
Pad Assignments:
Blue/White – Black Pads
Red/Green – Red Pads
• I will need Player name, player's UDisc username, and PDGA# (Needs to be an active membership!)
• Tournament will consist of 2 rounds:
o First round will be 9 holes of singles format in each player’s respective rating group. Blue and White will play holes 10-18. Red and Green will play holes 1-9. Points awarded to clubs based on their player’s finishing placement. After points are tallied, clubs are then given a ranking that will set the match play bracket.
o Second round will be club vs club, DOUBLE elimination format. Clubs will take their 2 players from each rating group to form a doubles team and play best disc format. Overall lowest club stroke count wins. First 2 rounds/matchups will consist of 7 holes, after that we will move to 3 holes per matchup due to time/sunlight. Sudden death to break ties if tied after 7 holes. Sudden Death: Each club will take their Red rated players and will play CTP on whatever the following hole is (par 3 - 1st shot, par 4 - 2nd shot, par 5 - 3rd shot).
DISCLAIMER Double elimination format and starting holes will be subject to change based on remaining sunlight. We will do our best to logistically make the second round run as smooth and efficiently as possible.
Lunch (included in fee): Chick-Fil-A sandwich, chips, cookies, fruit, drinks
No Players pack, Cash payout (Paypal)
No onsite vending as of right now,
Bring cash for side action – CTPs for Short pads and Long pads will be separate, Ace fund will be combined for both pads. Cash only!
