Refund policy
Refunds will only be honored if the player requests to drop out of the tournament 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament. If a player decides to drop during that 48 hour period, they will not be refunded their entry fee. If you drop out during the 48 hour period, you will not be refunded your entry fee, but you can still PICK UP their players pack the DAY OF THE EVENT.
The event is currently limited to 48 players. Waitlist players who do not get into the event will be refunded. (You may allow players to register for the waitlist if the tournament or their division or class is full. The player will pay the full entry fee for their division and will be put on the waitlist in order of registration. The $1.34 DiscGolfScene.com handling fee for waitlist registrations is not refundable.) (Also might apply to PayPal refunds...)
If you do cancel during the 48 hour period, and someone else from the waitlist takes your spot, you will be refunded, barring any transaction fees PayPal or DiscGolfScene may apply.
