About this tournament

Disc Golf returns to the massive Hills and Bay courses at Lake Chabot in Oakland this January!
2 great days of disc golf with three rounds total on the Bay and Hill courses at the gorgeous Lake Chabot Golf Course. There will be a raffle, lunch available for players, and a ton of fun all weekend long!
Live music in the clubhouse on Sunday after the round with the DB Walker Band.
Players Pack will include an Innova Custom Disc with the 2023 New Years Classic Logo on it!
Pre-order lunch on Saturday will be provided by the golf course and is optional Add-on at registration.
~Registration Schedule~
Friday 11/18/23: Early Registration for Women's Divisions, Highly Rated Pros, and Tee Sign Sponsorships (Tee Sign Sponsorships will be $100)
Friday 11/25/23: Open Registration
~Transparency in Player Cost~
The entry fee for the tournament is $140 per person.
Of that $140:
$92 is green fees for the course
$3 is PDGA Fees
$11 is Players Packs
The rest of the entry fee will be going towards payouts for Pros and Script for AMs
We have over $6000 in added cash for this tournament, for payouts and script !
~Making Space for Women~
Women will have access to early registration starting on Friday November 18th.
~Use of Limited Exceptions~
Our team will ensure that the use of limited exceptions (hole sponsorships & volunteers) meet the criteria and intent established by 1.02 in the PDGA competition manual. The number of players gaining entry into the event using these exceptions will not exceed 33% of the field or 50% of any given division.

To make sure we abide by PDGA guidelines on early registration, caps are currently set to 1/2 of the total for some divisions and will expand after the early registration period.
All players must be current PDGA members for 2023.
