Greatest Media Team (GMT) and Beast Disc Golf are very excited to bring you the first ever Charlotte Roar! Playing Angry Beaver and Scrapyard, we can't wait to crown our first set of champions in the heart of the queen city this fall!

This will be a two day, PDGA B Tier Sanctioned tourney with RD1 Tee Times taking place Saturday November 4th from 7:30 a.m - 2:30pm and RD 2 Tee Times happening Sunday November 5th from 7:30 am -2:30 pm. See Tentative Schedule for full details.

Am Player Pack and Payout Information...

All am players will receive a custom BEAST DG Charlotte Roar event dri-fit shirt ($40 value) plus a newly released premium plastic discs from Discmania with the event logo ($25 value)! Huge shoutout to Beast DG for also throwing in an additional $250 added cash to the pro payouts!

We will also be working with Disc Golf Pins in hopes of getting every am player an event pin.

Additionally, all am player payouts will be handled by our friends at Discgolf 978, electronically, where they will create an account for you, and keep track of all your amateur payout credits. They are one of the most efficient, fairly priced, and customer friendly shops we love partnering with at GMT and are always helping give back to the community! This year will be no different as we'll be working with them to also add at least $500 back into the added merchandise value across the different am divisions. Trophy for all divisions of 3 or more players. Runner up trophies may be applicable for larger divisions as well.



GMT Filmed Lead Card / Chase Cards....

With Approval and In Accordance with PDGA Event agreement and terms, MPO and FPO Feature Cards are scheduled to be filmed by Greatest Media Team Saturday November 4th.

MPO Lead Card Will be Filmed Sunday Afternoon November 5th.

GMT Will be filming additional highlights from various cards and holes following random cards, so have some fun and score low!

Per the PDGA's refund policy, withdrawals made 14 days or more prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100%. Withdrawals made within 14 days of the event will be refunded only if the player's spot is filled by someone off the waitlist.
