Layout updated from original proposal

Conocido proposal update:
Based on the contention created from this effort, personal attacks and calls for boycotts, we will know longer pursue the development proposal for Conocido. Round one raised $830 = two new baskets through DDPHX wholesale connections. We will continue to hold these pop- up events until the goal of nine baskets is achieved.

There has been a suggestion to add 9 more baskets to the current layout offering two options per hole utilizing the current pin positions. Please also consider “beware of flying discs” signs to be placed accordingly. Making Conocido safer is vital to its continued longevity in the community.

Whatever is decided, 100% of the monies raised will be laid aside for Conocido improvements.

On us:
Communication could have been better, but this was a unique window of opportunity and we chose to spearhead the proposal believing the community would rally to design a few 18 hole options for the city to consider. The heart and intentions came from a good place and apologies to those who’s hopes we lifted up. We will continuing our work with government bodies around the area for new development. Some good progress is being made on those fronts.

If individuals or clubs wish to continue this Conocido effort to raise funds, DDPHX will donate our baskets for those days. The intended target is a stronger and more united disc golf community.
