Refund policy

Wintry Indiana Frozen Fundraiser Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refund requests submitted before the start of the tournament will have half of the paid entry returned and the other half donated. All no shows or requests submitted after the start of the tournament will have the entire entry donated.
