Refund policy
Eli Webb is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Cancellation of the event for the 5th was made and is being rescheduled for the 26th. If you were registered for the date of the 5th and would like a refund, I will be doing a 100% refund minus the PayPal/discgolfscene fees.
Official 2022 refund and cancellation policy: (Applies for the new date of the 26th)
If you need to cancel for this event, it must be made through Disc Golf Scene's "Refund Request" function or by direct email. Cancellations more than 4 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 4 days of the event date will receive a 75% refund minus the $5 cancellation fee.
If you fail to contact me to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player's packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or payout credit.
The $5 waitlist fee will not be refunded if you are not able to play the event.
