It is that time of year again! Time for Glow Golf at Oxbow to benefit The Alzheimer's Association!
Come out and help raise money for a great cause while having a fun time with family and friends! All proceeds of the event will go to The Alzheimer's Association. Last year, together with your help we raised $4,715 which I was able to turn into $14,145 with a 3x match. In the past 6 years we have raised $89,995 with matches for the cause together. I am hoping for your continued support. Let's get it over $100,000 this year!
As most of you know, it is a cause near and dear to me. My mother and grandmother each had Alzheimer's. It is a horrible disease that effects many. Together we can help support research for a Cure! This is a trophy only event.
Players pack item will be a custom designed (by Kyle Grevelding) sublimated long sleeve shirt. You should register early as I had to order shirt sizes ahead of opening registration due to the turnaround time. Once the sizes are gone, they are gone. REGISTER EARLY so you are sure to get one of the cool shirts. The shirts are unisex size. (Sizes over XL for men will be another +$2.) SHIRT IS REFLECTED UNDER PICTURES.
I believe I still have some LED lights that you can stick on your disc, if you don't have glow plastic, that will be on hand for sale for 2 for $3.
I am still checking on a fundraiser disc to offer.
$1 Mulligan's (unlimited). Cool basket lights will be lighting up the baskets and we will have pumpkins lighting up the walk way.
If you come in a costume (more than a hat...up to my discretion) you will get 3 free Mulligans.
The Ace pool will be a 50/50 Ace pool with 50% going to a person (or split if multiple people hit one) who gets an Ace. If no Ace is hit, the full amount goes to the charity.
I am working each year to try to make it smoother and more timely to get everyone home at a reasonable time.
