About this tournament

It is that time of year again! Time for Glow Golf at Oxbow to benefit The Alzheimer's Association!
Come out and help raise money for a great cause while having a fun time with family and friends! All proceeds of the event will go to The Alzheimer's Association. Last year, together with your help we raised $7,655 which I was able to turn in to $22,965 with a 3x match. (prior year was $5,950 and turned in to $17,850) These amounts are going to be hard to top but I know we can do it!
As most of you know, it is a cause near and dear to me. My mother and grandmother each had Alzheimer's. It is a horrible disease that effects many. Together we can help support research for a Cure! This is a trophy only event.
Players pack item will be a shirt by BTX Sports. i dont have the proof yet but put a basic sample in pictures. The logo will say Fright Night 2024 and the sleeve will have #ENDALZ. You should register early as only those registered by OCTOBER 4th will get the player's pack item. I will allow shirt only orders at $30, as well. (+$2 for sizes over XL) There will be men's and women cuts.
LED Lights will be sold until gone at the event. 2 for $3 limited supply.
In addition to the event, I hope to be selling fundraiser discs. Rapid Rivers is assisting me in securing this years MVP Halloween discs. They are the fundraiser disc sponsor! Once released I will post what ones Im selling. I will list as $25 for registration but if they end up being more, i will need to ask for the difference for anyone registered before I confirm. I would think they are $25 or $30.
$1 Mulligan's (unlimited) and a small bonfire are part of the event as well. Cool basket lights will be lighting up the baskets and we will have pumpkins lighting up the walk way.
If you come in a costume (more than a hat...up to my discretion) you will get 3 free Mulligans.
The Ace pool will be a 50/50 Ace pool with 50% going to a person (or split if multiple people hit one) who gets an Ace. If no Ace is hit, the full amount goes to the charity.
I am working each year to try to make it smoother and more timely to get everyone home at a reasonable time.

Your donation makes an incredible difference for all those facing Alzheimer's disease. Help me to help them continue their important work in providing Alzheimer's care and support and accelerating research.
I will take straight donations to add to the event proceeds as well. If you know people that want to support the cause, I'm happy to take any and all donations! I will take monetary, as well as, items that can go in to the raffle such as gift baskets, gift cards, etc. It does not have to be disc golf related. If you have attended one of my prior Fright Nights you know that the raffle is pretty sweet! If local, you can drop off items or I can pick up.
MVP has donated a Disc Station III and Innova has donated a Traveler basket!
