This is the 30th year of the CVS in Fresno. We look forward to you joining us for another historic event at its traditional location in Woodward Park. We will be playing two rounds of 20 holes. There will be 2 temp baskets as well as the regular course. Players meeting is at 8:40 and we will be teeing off at 9:00 sharp for the first round. There will be a 45 minute break between rounds starting from when the last card comes in. As always we reserve the right to adjust to finish the event in the daylight. This is a little quicker turnaround so come prepared.

Lunch will be available to purchase for $12 presented by the Menchacas. You will have a choice of Tri-tip or a Chicken sandwich.

We Highly recommend that 3 make a complete division.

We have the right to remove a division if not fulfilled by deadline

Trophies for top 3 in each Division

^^$3 CVS fee will be taken out of all registrants. This enables finals to be able to be played essentially for Free for those who qualify^^

We will be using UDisc Live. Udisc is Free to use for tournament play & keeping score.
Please download the free version when you can to acclimate yourself with the app.

There will be a raffle! We are planning on sending someone home with a Mach 7 as well as other raffle prizes. Keep an eye out for more info on this raffle.

Refund policy

A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 30 days prior to the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 15 to 29 days prior to registration closing will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.

C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after 14 days prior will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.

D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to when registration closes forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. NO Refunds after January 6th.
