2026 States Week – Bring Your Own Partner Best Shot Doubles

Kick off Michigan Amateur State Championship week with a little doubles!

We will be hosting a Bring Your Own Partner Best Shot Doubles event on Wednesday before the State Championships, giving players an opportunity to get a competitive look at the new course before tournament play begins later in the week.

Grab a partner, get an early look at the lines, and see how the course plays under tournament conditions!

EVENT FORMAT

Bring Your Own Partner – Best Shot Doubles

Both players throw from each lie and the team chooses which throw to use. Both players then throw from the selected lie, continuing until the hole is completed.

This event will follow the standard PDGA Best Throw Doubles format.

PAYOUTS

This will be a merchandise/plastic payout event.

Winning teams will receive online merchandise vouchers, allowing you to redeem your payout online rather than having to wait around for an on-site payout after your round.

Payout information and redemption instructions will be sent to qualifying teams following the event.

IMPORTANT

This is a Bring Your Own Partner event. You must register with a teammate.
