***** The PDGA has cancelled all sanctioned events through May 2020. This means the date for the Big Picture Classic will have to be changed. Please refrain from seeking refunds until a new date has been scheduled if possible. We will give everyone plenty of notice as soon as a new date is scheduled and at that point refunds will be available if the event date is a conflict for you. Thank you for your patience. We are back at Colorado Timberline Academy for another amazing weekend full of competition and fellowship. This beautiful private course on the Animas River will host us for the 4th year. All Ams will be receiving a stellar players pack. And pros will be getting over $1000 in added cash for payout. Keep in mind this is a fundraiser for Big Picture High School and $10 from everyone’s entry will be going towards those students and collegiate prep.
Again we will have the rolling ace pot that is at all Dynamic Discs sanctioned tournaments. It’s $5 and if the ace isn’t hit it rolls into the next event.
We will also have primitive camping available for $10 per player for the weekend (Fri-Sun) just a few miles from the course. It has been a huge success in past years to have so many players enjoying each other’s company. Bonfires and beverages are abundant. There are also hotels near by if you prefer that route.
This event will be 3 rounds (2 rounds Saturday and 1 Sunday) with awards to follow.
Schedule:
Friday- random draw cash doubles $10 per player at 5pm
Saturday- player check in from 7:30-8:30
Players meeting at 9
First round 9:30 shotgun start
Lunch
Second round - 1 hour after last card
Bonfire at the campground. Bring your guitars and Dreher will sing for you.
Sunday- final round at 10 am. No players meeting. Hole assignments will be at the DD RV by 9 am.
Awards to follow final round as soon as we can get everyone finished.
