ABOUT THIS TOURNAMENT
Welcome to the 2nd annual North Paw Rescue Fore The Pups disc golf tournament! This fun dog-themed day of disc golf will raise money to help North Paw Rescue, a 501c3 dog rescue in Rochester, NY, provide volunteer foster homes, food, and veterinary care for dogs in need.
This is an unsanctioned doubles event taking place at Big Guys Campground on Sunday, June 28th. There will be an advanced, and recreational division for Open, Female, and Mixed Doubles teams. A portion of your registration will cover course green fees for a single round of best-shot doubles, a player pack for each team member, and food to follow, with the remaining being Fore The Pups! The player pack will include a commemorative logo T-shirt and disc, and more. The deadline to guarantee your player pack is Friday, June 5th.
If your team is in the 900 and above rated/advanced divisions you'll play the long tees
Under 900 rated divisions will play the short tees
North Paw Rescue, and other local vendors will be on-site with dogs to meet, and doggie swag available for purchase. We will have a 50/50 ace pool and CTPs available, with half of the money being donated to North Paw Rescue. Unlimited mulligans are available for $1 each. 100% of Mulligan donations go to North Paw Rescue, it's all Fore The Pups! The winning team in each division will receive a commemorative trophy!
Immediately following the round, we will have food provided by Back Porch 585 Tavern, and drinks available for purchase, including a special fundraising cocktail for which proceeds will be donated. There will also be plenty of wonderful raffle items donated by local businesses, and raffle tickets for purchase! As an added bonus, your donation of dog food, blankets, or toys will be rewarded with free raffle tickets!
HOLE SPONSORSHIPS are available for $50 and every sponsor will receive multiple social media shoutouts before and after the tournament on North Paw’s social media channels. Use the sponsorship opportunity to advertise your company, or just to show your support for rescuing dogs!
