Covid-19 info: Avoid congregating in large groups at the kiosk and parking lot areas. Remember physical distancing protocols on the course also. Sanitizing station will be available at the kiosk, but remember to bring your own for use during rounds. Avoid touching other people's discs. Do not attend event if you have any flulike symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who does.
For out of town players, there are plenty of budget hotels in Hinton. Camping is available at the Hinton Municipal Campground, 2 km down the hill from the course. $25 a site, self reg only, lots of sites available. Must have an RV/Trailer as washrooms are closed. Tents allowed if pitched in a site with an RV.

I don't plan on having OB, but if you find yourself lost in long grass or deep in the woods, someone on your card will need to start a timer when you realize you are going to need a search party, and you will have 3 minutes as a group to locate your disc. This is for speed of play to keep all groups moving. If it is not found, you will go back to where you last threw, add 1 penalty stroke, and throw again. Abandon your disc until the round is over. Please send out a spotter on holes where losing sight of your disc can be an issue, especially holes 17&18. If you are bringing someone who is not playing and wouldn’t mind being our dedicated hole 17/18 spotter, let me know:)
