About this tournament

The Flora Chamber of Commerce is excited to host their 2nd Annual Amateur Doubles Disc Golf Tournament at the Flora Rotary Disc Golf Park in Charley Brown Memorial Park in Flora, IL. We would like to thank all the local businesses who are sponsoring the event (full list below) as well as the Flora Rotary Club and the City of Flora for making a very nice course.
Registration Information:
Each player on the first 25 teams registered will receive a Dynamic Discs Player Pack! Players pack includes a chalk bag, a quick-dry towel, a reusable scorecard, a tote bag, and a keychain.
Optional free lunch provided by Flora Bank & Trust.
Register online and buy a long sleeve event Tee for just $5.
Registration after October 14th will include an extra $10 late registration fee per player.
Tournament Info:
40 holes played - 2 rounds of 20 (layout added to Udisc)
Standard scramble "best disc" rules
Fairway OB will be marked or indicated on signs. Creeks are OB if the disc is surrounded by water. Ditches are casual relief regardless of water.
Cash prizes for 1st ($100), 2nd ($60), and 3rd ($30) place in both divisions.
2 CTP prizes will be available. Winners will choose a free disc at an on-site vendor.
Extra Items On-Site:
50-50 Raffle tickets available during the event. Event shirts will be for sale for $20 or $5 for players (Limit 1 per player at discounted price) while supplies last.
Food will be available on-site and an optional meal (pork burger or brat, chips, and drink) will be provided free with player registration. Non-players can have the same lunch for just $5. Online registrants can choose whether or not they would like the meal.
FREE Disc Golf Clinic will be held after lunch for anyone interested in learning about the sport. The basics of throwing and putting will be covered. Practice baskets and discs will be provided if you don't have your own.
