About this tournament
1 round of play
Flood City Freedom Flex with be a single round of 18 event held at the Westmont Hilltop DGC. This event will feature the existing 9 holes with planned new temporary holes placed to create a full 18 playable for this event only! Don't miss your chance to get a first look at what the future of the course could hold. These holes will be cut in with weather permitting on work days. If they are not playable than 2 rounds of 9 will be utilized
Due to the holiday weekend you may sign up for the morning shotgun start or the afternoon start. Players may join the other round if they would like to play 2 rounds with the second round being $5 cash or PayPal if there is space available. Your best round will count towards pay out.
Cards will not be preassigned so you will be able to register and play as a group of 4-5 max. Divisions can be mixed as well. If you are a solo player you will be assigned to a group at the event during the players meeting.
Players pack will include a disc from the club stock and entry into CTP awards. Any other items will be announced via the comment section of the event.
Payouts will be awarded top the top 50% of finishers rounded up in each division. There will be awards for any CTP's after each round but no trophies outside of the Junior division. Payouts will be handled online via Discstore.com and should be distributed to your verified email within one week of event conclusion. Check them out here https://discstore.com/
Payouts calculated using all players from the event, not split between morning and afternoon. If you play both rounds, your best round will be counted
Juniors divisions will not have a payout and will be players pack only at a reduced entry.
Tee assignments
Advanced: Long Tees with added hazard/OB
Intermediate: Long Tees
Beginners: Short Tees
Juniors: Short Tees
The Good Times Ice Cream Bus will be on site starting around noon to help cool off after the first round. Other lunch options in the area would be sheetz, McDonald’s, DQ, and Burger King. There are also plenty of great sit down lunch options as well.
This event is to help the club raise money for future projects/events such as the relocation of the course that was located at the Highlands.
