FLOCKING TO SOMO
Welcome to year 3 of Pennsylvania’s "Flocking to" series of events presented by DFX Discs. This year we are bringing the fun and honks to South Mountain DGC in Bethlehem, PA. For those that have attended our previous events, I have great news! We are keeping it to one course this year and won't have you feeling as if you walked the entire state! There is still a fun filled challenge ahead and won't be a simple birdie for every hole though, so come to have fun and to make new friends because that is what this is all about.
We will be using UDisc to score the event. Please download the app prior and make an account if you do not have it already, it is FREE.
This is an UNSANCTIONED event and is designed mainly for fun and shenanigans with a hint of competition. We have 4 general brackets for registration (Pro, Seasoned, Beginner, Ladies), each of these will have the option for a FULL player pack or a Disc ONLY option. Full packs include a 2026 custom designed jersey, disc and mini marker at minimum and will play both rounds. Disc ONLY will play both rounds but will only receive a disc from the event, no jersey or other pack items.
When signing up for Disc ONLY packs, you may be requested to put in a size for a jersey. Please make a choice to move forward but understand this is how the system was setup and you will still only receive the type of pack you signed up for aka Disc ONLY
Trophies will only be for the 1st place player in each division (Pro, Seasoned, Beginner, Ladies) but prizes for 2nd and 3rd.
PLAYERS PARTY -Friday the 17th from 6:00-9:00pm at OTB East. (Not mandatory)
A huge Thanks to Steve and the Crew for offering their space to us again for the player party and are allowing us to use their on-site putting course for some fun while there. There will be food, beverages, and games!

TOURNAMENT DAY - Saturday the 18th
This is a 2 ROUND event. Card requests will only be considered for the 1st round. Please leave a note when registering and we will do our best to pair you up as requested
Full lunch will not be provided but will instead a variety of cold drinks/ snacks. Please send an email or message if you have an allergy that we should be aware of. Anything personal told to us, will not be shared unless medically necessary
RAFFLES, AUCTIONS, FUN AND GAMES (RAFFLE, SILENT AUCTION, WILD GOOSE CHASE)
-Lunchtime Games- We plan to have games between rounds for some fun and prizes (included with registration).
-Silent Auction- The auction will be an item or two that you place a bid on. It is the value you agree to pay if you win with the highest offer. No cost to you for the auction unless you are the highest bidder for that item so it is best to put in your best offer right from the beginning if you really like the item being offered.
-Raffle- will include a variety of prizes, and the tickets will be sold at the player party and on tournament day. Raffle tickets are as follows: $5 - 1 ticket OR $10 - 3 tickets
Want to win a prize but not buy a ticket? Let me introduce you to FLOCKING FOR A CAUSE! For every 5 unexpired non-perishable items donated = 1 ticket for the raffle. You can earn a max of 3 tickets this way (15 non-perishable items). Let's help the community around us and have fun while doing it!

Refund policy
DFX Discs is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds will be provided at 100% until June 1st. No refunds will be provided after June 15th unless approved by TD.
