This Tournament is the culmination of Flight Path singles league winter-spring season https://www.discgolfscene.com/leagues/Flight_Path_Winter_Spring_2022_2021
The $30 buys you a club membership. The perks of club membership include getting a custom stamped Flight Path disc. $10 of your entry is added to league purse. A custom handmade Bag Tag for the first 25 registrants (thanks to Aim Better Golf). 75% ace pool payout at leagues. And lastly but not leastly, payout of the league purse at the end of the season (this tournament being the finale).
League Purse: The League purse is/will be funded from our initial sponsor, Aim Better Golf, as well as one third of club membership fees, and One/Fifth of ace pool entry through the season. So the purse will grow throughout the season.
Payout: League players will earn points throughout the season based on how they play against other players in their division during leagues. At the end of the season, all of the club members points will be added to a sum; this number will be divided against the total end of season purse, so that each point has an equal $ value. Payout will be your # of points, multiplied by this $ value. The tournament will be the last chance to gather points, and this day will be weighted more heavily because there will be 2 rounds, and each round is worth double points. TOURNEY DAY ATTENDANCE IS NOT NECESSARY TO RECEIVE YOUR PORTION OF THE PURSE. Club membership guarantees your points will have value, regardless if you can play the finale or not.
