Tournament refund / cancellation policy Hawkes Bay Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. REFUND POLICY 100%: refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 29th of August. 50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 15th September. Any withdrawals after 8:01pm 15th September will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled with the waitlist. Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
