Location: Flaxmere Park, Hawkes Bay
Date: Saturday September 20th 2025 9:15am (one Day Event)
Hawkes Bay Disc Golf Club are excited to bring you the second annual Flaxmere Fling at the beautiful Flaxmere Park, home to the original Hawkes Bay disc golf course.
This 36 hole one day tournament will be a PDGA Sanctioned C Tier Amateur only event.

Mixed Junior division
Day of timings:
Two rounds at Flaxmere Park - (36 holes total)
9:15am - Players Meeting - Tournament HQ
9.30am - Round one - TD's draw
12-1pm - Lunch Sausages on the BBQ provided
1pm - Round two - seeded draw
3.30pm - Prizegiving
Registration opens for Hawkes Bay Disc Golf Club members at 7pm June 8th

Refund policy
Hawkes Bay Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Friday 5th of September 2025.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Friday 13th of September 2025.
Any withdrawals after 8pm Friday 13th September will not be eligible for any refund.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dg scene and paypal fees.
