About this tournament

This is an event put on by Sand Ridge DGC and Railhead DGC. This is a fund raiser for Feeding America West Michigan! We will be collecting funds for them. Non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the Feeding America Location in Benton Harbor as we will not be collecting those at the tournament.
There will not be a players meeting. Instead, a link to a Google document will be provided here for players that will cover all those items. This document will be available at tourney central to review as well.
Tourney central will be the park pavilion AND/OR at Arclight Brewery.
This is a charity event. It is trophy only and no payouts.
FORMAT: This will be a flex start event. Play will begin at 10am and every scorecard must be turned in by 5pm. UDisc scorekeeping will be allowed provided everyone on the cards agrees to do so. Registration includes one 18 hole round (9 holes on the shorts and 9 on the longs) but players may play as many rounds as they want and the lowest score of those rounds is the one that counts. Each additional 18 hole round is $5/player and every score card must be turned in to tourney central by 5pm. Since a round can start anytime between 10 and 5 players might be on a card with players of different divisions.
TIME: Players may start their rounds whenever they want between 10am and 5pm. However, it is up to the PLAYER to determine if they have time to finish before 5. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE CARDS.
ACE POOL: Ace pool will be paid out based on the number of aces throughout the day regardless of how many rounds are played. If there are no aces then there will be a CTP throw-off at Arclight Brewing Company. Winner(s) must be present to win the throw-off.
MULLIGANS: Mulligans will be for sale. $1/ea or $15 for 18. Only one mulligan may be used per hole.
TROPHIES & RAFFLES: Winners must be present at the end of the tourney to claim their prizes or designate someone to collect them.
TIES: If there is a tie there will be a throw-off to the #8 basket from the short tee. Players not present for the tie-breaker will be given the lower trophy in the tie.
PLAYERS PACKS: Player's packs will include at least 1 Ice Bowl 2024 stamped disc. You can expect a few small items also. Discs are limited to the first 50 players.

Sand Ridge Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
We will make every attempt to refund everyone (minus transaction fees) who needs to cancel in advance however, no-shows will NOT be refunded.
