Filthy Animals Disc Golf presents our 1st Annual Barley & Hops Invitational !! Whether you have never played in a tournament or you play in multiple tournaments each year ! This is the tournament for you !!!
Our club strives to bring that laid back type of feeling to all of our events where people can come out and enjoy a cash payout tournament with good people and friends and enjoy some cold beer while playing ! We also love to show love to the large amount of amateur players locally who may never have the chance at cashing playing MPO and other pro divisions. Come on out and win some great cash prizes and merchandise and even if you don’t win ! We have plenty of opportunities for everyone to have a chance at going home with some gear or cash !!
This will be a two round singles event, The first round will take place on the wooded course Runaway Rocks. And the second round will take place on the open course Rocky Ford ! Two beautiful and amazing private courses local in NC. Both courses will be played from the long tee pads !!
PLAYERS PACK
Players Pack valued at over $30 !!! Custom Dri-Fit Stamped T-Shirt , and either a stamped towel or pin will be included !!! Lunch and beer is also included !!!
Lunch will be served in between rounds and as people begin to finish there first round and come back to tournament central. Remaining funds will be used for cash payouts for winners, BOB, CTPs !! $5 from each entry will go towards course and club fund !!
This is a “COLD HARD CASH PAYOUT” event just the way FA likes it !! Top pay and prizes for 1st-4th place!!!!
OUT OF BOUNDS RULES
OB will be played per normal PDGA rules for this event although this is not a sanctioned event ! A few holes along the roadside and adjoining properties will be marked for OB and will have drop zones…. The road that is OB, you will be able to bring your disc back into play at the last spot it went out of bounds without taking a penalty stroke
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ENTER ANY OF THE JOINING PROPERTIES OR HORSE STABLE AREAS!!! We will recover and hold any discs thrown into these areas during the round and hold them at Tournament central.

LUNCH
Hot dogs and Hamburgers along with a handful of sides and snacks will be served for lunch as well as a variety of local brewery beers!

There will be a marked off parking area on the left of the road by the course sign when you arrive. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PARK UP NEAR THE HOUSE AND TOURNAMENT CENTRAL. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS REACH OUT TO TYRE PIERCE (336)340-9117
Please when arriving and during your round and visit to this wonderful course, do not damage any of the property, do not leave trash and beer bottles around the course. Whatever goodies you pack into your bag for the round, can surely be carried right back to tournament central after your round. DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH OR BEER CANS OR BOTTLES ON THE PROPERY AND COURSE !!

Custom Shirts will be pre ordered so make sure and get registered early so we can make sure everyone can receive one ! We will order extras just in case and have some Filthy Animals merchandise including custom stamped Innova discs and towels and koozies for sale also !! All proceeds from merchandise goes directly into our club fund to use for the next event ! Or to help out a local course with some updates !!!
