Check In - Tournament Central will be located at the Officer's Club on Arnold Ave across from normal hole 17.
Parking in the lot there is only for Check in, event support staff, and other business at the facility.
Coffee Bar available from 8-9:30
All players receive a WDGC 25th Anniversary Mini Disc
Am players get a choice of G-Star Shryke, Star Mako3, Destroyer or Leopard3
Check in earlier for best disc choices.
Pick up purchased/reserved fund raiser discs.
All players also need to Check into event on Udisc for scoring.
Paper scorecards will be made available, but preferrably someone in each group can keep score in Udisc which helps avoid scoring errors, conflicts, speeds up getting groups set up for Round 2, and compiling the final results.9:00am - 9:30am

About this tournament
Play It Again Sports and 2 Towns Ciderhouse are the primary event sponsors of Festivus along with support from Innova Disc Golf. Additionally hole sponsorships are available for $25 per hole.
This year instead of organizing a pot luck and using the normal shelters for tournament central, I'm working on arranging to use the Adair Officer's Club across the street from normal hole 17, as tournament central, and having Honeybrine Catering provide a catered lunch for all participants. We will have something similar to the 2025 Willamette Open.
The cost of the lunch is a factor in the higher entrance fees this year, but we collectively determined that the overall experience was well worth it for the majority of participants and event supporters.
Non-participants can sign up for the catered taco bar lunch for $20. If on-site early along with players, there will also be a coffee bar open from 8-9:30am.
Am players packs include disc options of G-Star Shrykes, Star Mako 3s, Destroyers or Leopard 3s. Some lighter weights are ordered for the M & L3s.
All participants will get a commemorative WDGC Innova Mini with an updated club logo celebrating 25 years of the club. 2026 also marks 25 years of the WDGC working with Benton County on the development and maintenance of the Adair course.
There will also be some fund raiser discs that I will make available soon after I receive the discs and before the event to factor the funds into payouts etc. Color Glow Nexus Fireflies, Halo Champion Gorgons, & Halo Star Teebird 3s.
Play It Again Sports will handle am scrip and will be set up at the event with merchandise for sale and scrip redemption.
Trophies will be low key, to keep the costs down.
You can expect CTP or Long Putt prizes on most of the holes, with some assigned to specific divisions.
