Fang & Chain Championship – June 6
Join us for the Fang & Chain Championship, a two-round tournament and the culminating event of our spring series. We’re aiming for a full field of 54 players (3 per card) for a smooth, competitive round on the completed 18-hole layout.
This event represents the full vision of the Chapel Hill High School course: featuring all 18 holes, improved tee areas, signage, and cleaned fairways.
My name is Bengt Levin, and I’m a senior working with the Chapel Hill Disc Golf Club. I helped build holes 13–18 as my Eagle Scout project (completed June 2025), and since then have worked with the club and school community to finish all 18 holes. This tournament is a celebration of that progress and a chance to leave a lasting course for the community.
We’ll have multiple divisions (MA1, MA2, MA3, with MA4 if numbers allow), live scoring, and a great atmosphere for both competitive and newer players.
Each player will receive an engraved cedar mini, and we are working to provide payouts and prizes for top 3 finishers in each division, with potential support from Yeet Street Disc Golf.
Spots are limited to 54, sign up soon!
