We are honored once again to partner with Houston Disc Golf on this crowd favorite Fairway to Heaven event !!!
SCORING CODE - FFTH
1 round at Windwood / 1 at Northside Christian Church
HQ and AM payouts at NSCC after round 2
One round of 18 holes on each.
Shotgun start, cards sorted by score for round 2.
Round 2 start will be approx 1.5 hours after last card from each individual, separate pool comes in.

A Pool will play Windwood / NSCC
B Pool will play NSCC/ Windwood
A POOL - MA2,3,4
B POOL - ALL OTHERS
LAYOUTS:
WW LAYOUT: 1-2s basket, omit holes 14 and 21.
WINDWOOD- we will be playing a modified hole 15. It will be a par 3 (flagged and setup now).
NCC LAYOUT: Shortened holes 1 and 18 for MA2 and below and all FA divs. Short tee on 16, long tee on 15. Traditional otherwise (no 5A "volleyball hole).
Ma3, MA4, Ma50 60 and AM ladies will play shorter tees on holes 1 and 18 at NSCC
ALL PLAYERS PLAY Shortened pig hole at WW (Hole 13)
EVENT DAY PROCESS :
THERE IS NO FORMAL CHECK-IN
Just show up to your designated hole on your course listed on PDGA EVENT PAGE
PLAYERS PACKS ARE AVAILABLE AT NCC ONLY.
THERE WILL BE A DEDICATED PLAYERS PACK STATION AT NCC
PACKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-8:45AM, at the LUNCH BREAK and AFTER ROUND 2.
-Players should be at their starting holes at least 10 min BEFORE the 9am start time.
in the case a player does not show to your card, make sure you have AT LEAST 3 -PLAYERS on the card. In the event you do not, one player will go to a forward card, one player back OR grab a player from an adjacent 4 card.
-ANY PLAYERS THAT DO NOT SHOW WILL BE SCORED "par+4" on each hole.
AM PAYOUTS WILL BE AT NCC.
-See the “projected payout” tab on the PDGA event page linked here.
-Players can use PDGA live scoring to determine what place they’ve finished.
-Compare that to “PROJECTED PAYOUT”.
-If you placed in the cash, come to NCC to get your loot !!!
players will be responsible for picking up payout OR letting Gorilla staff know a valid email address for a voucher. (Vouchers incur a $3 charge and taxes are applied/ taxes included with all event purchases)
-Vouchers NOT redeemable at Gorilla online (this is a separate company)
Entry fee breakdown-
All AM players receive a players pack. TBD
$3/$2 PDGA
$2 admin/parks fee
$2 to TEXAS STATES
EVERYTHING else to performance based payouts for ALL divs (except JRs)
ALL JRs receive entry fee value in merch.
Overall caps supersede divs caps in some divisions
Division caps will be lifted 48 hours after registration opens. Disregard div caps after this.
Open spots will then be populated on 3 criteria-
1) Pools and available spots in appropriate divisions to fill cards of 4
2) Order of waitlist registration
3) Similar skill level

Gorilla DG is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
GDG refund policy- $5 processing fee
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
