Official Rules & Structure

Purpose

The Fairway Players Rated Round Performance Program is a monthly, voluntary performance-based cash pool for disc golfers. Participants are rewarded for achieving the highest officially rated sanctioned round during a defined monthly window.

This Program is privately operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Event Requirements
Eligible rounds must occur in:
• PDGA-sanctioned tournaments (C-Tier or higher), OR
• PDGA-sanctioned leagues

Unsanctioned leagues, flex starts without sanctioning, or casual rounds are not eligible.

2.2 Membership
• Active PDGA membership is required (ratings must be official and published).

3. Monthly Window

Each Program Month runs:
All month long

• Only rounds played within that window qualify.
• Ratings must become official through PDGA publication.
• Preliminary or projected ratings do not count.

If official ratings are delayed, payout will occur after ratings are published.

4. Entry/Registration

• Entry Fee: $5 per month/ $1 Optional Ace Bounty
• Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App
• Entry deadline: Two days before the new month begins

Entry is voluntary and separate from any tournament or league entry fee.

5. Round Submission

Each participant may submit ONE round per month.

If a player competes in multiple sanctioned events during the month:
• Only their highest-rated round may be submitted.

Failure to submit by the posted deadline voids eligibility for that month. All division must have at least two participants. If your division does not you will be asked to move to another division for competition purposes.

Only allowed to enter one division.

6. Ranking Method

Participants are ranked strictly by highest official round rating.

Highest rating = highest placement.

Tie Policy:
• Ties split the combined payout equally for the tied positions.

Example:
If two players tie for 3rd and 4th, those two payout spots are combined and split evenly.

7. Payout Structure

Total Monthy Pool = Total Entries × $5

40% of the field will be paid each month.

Example:
20 entries
Top 8 players paid

Payout method.

All payouts distributed electronically within 7 days of official rating confirmation.

8. Integrity & Verification

The Program reserves the right to:
• Verify PDGA ratings directly through official results
• Reject altered or falsified submissions
• Remove participants for misconduct

All decisions regarding eligibility and payout are final.

• This Program is independently operated.
• It is not a sanctioned competition.
• It does not alter official PDGA results or ratings.
• Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.

• Quarterly or Yearly high-rated bonus
• Season-long points leaderboard
• Division-specific recognition
• Championship monthly multiplier
