About this tournament

This will be a one round 26 hole tournament, including 8 brand new, never seen before disc golf fairways. We are partnering with our local VFW Post 7316 and American Legion Post 89. We have added 8 additional holes to our course that will pass through the neighboring property that is owned by the American Legion Post 89. These additional 8 holes will consist of par 4s and par 5s both wooded and open shots. It's a little preview of FDC in the future.

We will be using the following PDGA Divisions.
MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4
MA40, FA40, MA50, FA50, MA60, FA60

The expanded course will open on Friday at 3pm for registered players to practice. (Only during FDC’s normal operating hours)

Since this is a fundraiser we are not doing traditional players packs. However, Tony, Gillian and Murray wanted to figure out a way to treat everyone for their donation and for helping test some new disc golf holes. So your entry will get you a 25% off coupon to use in the FDC ProShop. You can use this on one disc or buy the entire shop, you decide. We have also had 40 small American Flags donated by Annin Flag Makers out of Danville Virginia to give away to the 1st 40 registered players.

We will also be passing out 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies for each division that has more than 5 registered players. (Must be registered by 3/24/2026)

We really want to do a long drive competition...maybe...

Tony will also be grilling up a hotdog lunch for everyone after the awards ceremony. Think of it as an early Independence Day celebration.

Refund policy

Flying Disc Clubhouse is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. We use the same refund policy as the PDGA.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
