    10:00am - 5:00pm

    Marking Round and Practice, anybody that wants to join/help while I set out flags and spray paint for tee pads and hang sponsorship signs, meet at 10am in the parking lot. Otherwise the course will be open all day for practice.

    6:00pm - 7:30pm

    Grilling. I will have burgers/brats/hotdogs and some fixings/sides available,feel free to bring your own things to toss on the grill if desired.

    8:00pm

    Random Draw Doubles. The entire course will be lit by Electric Chains, Scott McClure will be lighting the course similar to the past couple events, we will have a players meeting at 8pm and draw cards around 8:15

    11:00pm

    We will do awards after all cards have completed

    7:30am - 8:30am

    Coffee and Donuts will be available in the Dining Hall

    8:00am - 8:45am

    Registration/Check-in Day of registration should be ok, check the list here first! the field will be limited to 90.

    Shotgun Start, be on your tees by 9:30am

    12:00pm

    Lunch. Pork Sandwiches, Potato Soup, sides and refreshments are provided.

    1:30pm

    Second Round Shotgun Start - pay attention to announcements for specific scheduling times, approximately one hour after final card.

    4:20pm

    Approximately 30 minutes after the final card we will do awards, raffle, and ace throwoff

    5:30pm

    Tacos or something otherwise suitable will be provided for dinner

    7:00pm

    Evening activities and shenanigans. Indoor putting competition will happen in the Rec Hall with Music and Lasers. Poker tournament has happened in the past. If you want to spearhead an activity, feel free to reach out.

    10:30am

    11 am sharp, have your cabin entirely cleaned and empty (unless staying another night), meet in the parking lot to caravan to the course (location and course name undisclosed at this time) for BYOP Doubles, if you do not have a partner, I will guarantee one available to you.

    11:00am

    Shotgun Start Doubles at course location.

    4:00pm

    Awards on site, meet at the Pickle Factory for a burger and drinks.

11 years and running, this event has become a showcase for Treasures of the Forest artwork. An event focused on fun. Friday night glow doubles. Singles on Saturday. And Sunday is played is a unique layout never seen before at a new course location!
