Welcome to Element Discs' Long Island Open 2018. This is a PDGA sanctioned B-Tier Event held at Heckscher State Park in Islip, NY. This will be a 2 round event using the 21 hole layout. As always, TD Chris Ward will be making modifications to the course (such as OB lines)
PLEASE NOTE: MA3 and FA3, FA2 will play from the BLUE TEES for ROUND ONE and the RED TEES for ROUND TWO. All other divisions will play from the BLUE TEES both rounds.
Saturday 6/9/2018 - TOURNAMENT DAY
8:00 - Registration Opens
8:35 - Players Meeting
9:00 - Tee Off Round 1
TBD - Tee Off Round 2 (typically 1 hour from last card being brought to scoring table)
Free Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on a roll made fresh on-site for everyone!
Lunch can be ordered on-site at registration - $10 gets you a sandwich, chips & drink.
Friday 6/8/2018 - Doubles Round hosted by Long Island Disc Golf
4:30pm SIGN UP; 5:00pm TEE TIME. Modified random draw to get a local on every card. This will be a good opportunity for you to play the course layout with all the modifications that may occur for the tournament.
Saturday 6/9/2018 - After-Party at Fattty McGee's
best wings and chicken sandwiches in the area, just a short distance from the park. More details to come the week of the event!
