This will be a one round C tier using Tee-Times at the beautiful Echo Valley Disc Golf Course. Tee times will begin at 8am. Lower divisions will be teeing off first in the morning, followed until the pros tee off later in the day. Must have 3 in a division or you will be moved to a different division.

MPO, MP40, & MA1 will play Gold's and all other divisions will play Blue's.

All AM's signed up by 4/23/23 will receive a custom stamp disc from Discmania! $2 goes towards PDGA fees, and the rest goes to payout and players pack.

If no ace is hit we will donate the ace pot back to the course.

All Open payouts will be digital. AMs will be able to receive their merchandise payout by waiting for their division to finish or they can receive a gift card that is redeemable either online or in person at our next event.

PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event.

Close of registration is at 8:00 PM EST 4/27/23.

Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% monetary refund minus DGScene fees.

Competitors who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Competitors who officially request to withdraw from the registered list 15-29 days before the event (12:01 AM EST on 3/29/23) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a competitor who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, the competitor will receive a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Competitors who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event (12:01 AM EST on 4/15/23) and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist at end of day on 04/27/23 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus DGScene fees.

Withdrawals after 8:00 PM EST on 04/27/23 will not receive a refund.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no competitor pack. This does not apply to waitlist registrants.
